The council and Third Party Grants

This is one of the busiest council Committee I have ever attended. There have been around 100 or more people here representing the views of around 20 organisations whose funding has been cut by the council. The City of Edjnburgh Council has, during the meeting, decided it has to continue the decision and not make such swjngejng cuts today.
