We sat down with the Finance Convener Cllr Alasdair Rankin to discuss the process that the council is in the middle of to set its revenue budget for the period to the end of the administration in 2022.
The councillors ask for proposals from council officers, but no decisions have been made, nor can they be made until the amount of funding from the Scottish Government becomes clear on 13 December.
